Rincy is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical expertise, specialising in orthopaedic physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and post-surgical recovery. She is widely regarded for her results-driven approach to treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Rincy provides comprehensive physiotherapy care, including conservative treatment, injury management, and personalised rehabilitation programs. She has a strong focus on both pre-operative physiotherapy and post-operative rehabilitation, helping patients achieve optimal recovery outcomes.

She has a particular interest in lower limb injuries and sports physiotherapy, with extensive experience in treating knee injuries, ankle sprains, ligament tears, and overuse injuries. Rincy is highly skilled in rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery, including ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, meniscus surgery (meniscectomy), ankle ligament repair, as well as hip and knee replacement rehabilitation.

In addition, Rincy specialises in TMJ physiotherapy (temporomandibular joint disorders), providing effective treatment for jaw pain, jaw clicking, jaw locking, headaches, and associated neck pain. Her holistic approach ensures that contributing factors such as posture and muscle imbalance are also addressed.

Rincy’s depth of clinical knowledge, combined with hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, allows her to deliver structured, goal-oriented rehabilitation tailored to each individual.
