She works across a wide range of treatment approaches, from conservative management to targeted conditioning programs, with a strong focus on both pre- and post-operative care.
She has a particular interest in the prevention and management of lower limb sports injuries and is highly skilled in rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery. This includes ACL reconstruction, meniscectomy, ankle ligament repairs, and hip and knee replacements. Rincy also specialises in the assessment and management of TMJ disorders.
Rincy’s depth of clinical knowledge and hands-on experience allow her to deliver structured, effective rehabilitation tailored to each patient’s goals.
