Min Park Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist B. Physiotherapy Min, a distinguished graduate with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Newcastle, NSW (2010), complemented her education with a degree in Physical Therapy from South Korea in 2003. Initially practicing in Sydney for five years, she has since embraced a new life adventure in Melbourne. Furthering her expertise, Min completed specialized training in pelvic floor and incontinence. She is particularly adept at treating pregnancy-related conditions, as well as pelvic floor and continence issues. With a rich background in various therapeutic modalities, Min excels in treating a wide range of conditions. Her skills include spinal health utilizing McKenzie directional preference methods, clinical Pilates, sports injury management, pre/post-operative care, and biomechanical analysis for posture and movement. She crafts tailored exercise programs for rehabilitation, sports performance, and general fitness, utilizing Pilates equipment. Throughout her career, Min has undertaken numerous postgraduate courses. These include McKenzie Cervical and Lumbar Spine Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, the Mulligan Concept, APA Sports Physiotherapy, APPI Matwork & Equipment instructor programs, DMA Pilates, Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, and Advanced Sports Taping courses. Her expertise extends to treating a variety of muscle and joint injuries, including those in the back, neck, shoulder, knee, and ankle. Despite her busy lifestyle, Min remains committed to staying fit and healthy, although her active participation in sports has been moderated. Min is available for consultations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. |
