You will be required to see a physiotherapist for an initial assessment so we can gather all the information we need to create a program for you. You will then have a one-on-one session with your tailored exercise program so you can become familiar with it before you come into the classes. The classes will run in blocks of 6 weeks, to give you more time to improved and perfect all your exercises and benefit from the gains you will make from your rehabilitation.
