Stephanie is a talent and passionate massage therapist in Caroline Springs. During her diploma, she completed 12 weeks of practical experience with the Essendon AFLW team, where learnt about the importance of multidisciplinary approached treatments in sports
recovery to aid in, not only, the performance of athletes, but also, improve injury recovery. Stephanie was also interesting working with neurological conditions as well as sport massage.
Her educational background is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology by the University of Melbourne, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics. This helps Stephanie continually develops and delivers safe and effective treatments to all clients.
Stephanie is available for appointments on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
