Ha graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Biomedicine.
With a robust training foundation and well-rounded experience, Ha has had a range of experience from across multiple settings; ranging from hospital post-operative orthopaedic care to community-based services, as well as private musculoskeletal and sports clinics. This breadth of experience enables Ha to offer both acute rehabilitation and preventive care tailored for her patients.

Ha emphasizes empowering patients through individualized exercise plans, which are complemented with manual therapy and dry needling to help patients gain control of their pain and life.

As a practitioner and parent, Ha enjoys remaining active and weightlifting—not just for personal strength but to keep up with her young child. Ha’s experience underscores her belief in the critical role of exercise, particularly for women, in maintaining physical health, resilience, and well-being.
