Physiotherapist B. Physiotherapy Min graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Newcastle, NSW in 2010 which she undertook as an adjunct to her degree in Physical Therapy in South Korea, 2003. She worked In Sydney for 5 years now she stays in Melbourne for new life adventure. Min has experience in treating variety of conditions including spinal health employing McKenzie directional preference methods, clinical Pilates, sports injury, pre/post-operative management and enjoys biomechanical analysis of posture and movement to develop exercise program for rehabilitation, sport performance and general fitness utilising Pilates equipment’s. Throughout her career, Min completed a number of postgraduate courses including McKenzie Cervical and Lumbar Spine Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, Mulligan Concept, APA Sports Physiotherapy, all series of APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) Matwork & Equipment instructor programs, DMA pilates, Dry needling, Kinesio taping and Advanced sports taping courses. Min has an interest in treating all muscles and joints injuries such as back, neck, shoulder, knee and ankle. Her busy lifestyle at times makes it difficult for her to be as involved in sports as she once was, however, she is keen on keeping fit and healthy. Min is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays |
