Do I need a referral?
Nope! Only physiotherapy services under the Medicare EPC program require a referral from your GP. Apart from that, you do not need a referral to come see us.
Please note: for EPC program there is a gap fee of $15 of each session as Medicare is only paying $56 per session. These EPC/ Care plan session is only covered for seeing Physiotherapist, not for seeing the Remedial massage therapist/ Myotherapist.

Payment Options
We accept cash, credit card and EFTPOS. If you have private health insurance extras cover, bring your card along and we'll process the claim on the spot, meaning you only have to pay the gap. Most health funds pay about 50-80% of our fees, but check with your health fund for exact rebates.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that at times, you may be running late because you finished work late, stuck in traffic, etc. We understand that life can get the better of us sometimes, but we'd like to ask that you give us a call as soon as possible to let us know. If you're unable to make it, we also ask that you give us at least 4 hours' notice. This allows us to call up other patients, otherwise they might miss out on getting treatment.
In some circumstances, where someone fails to give us enough notice, we will apply a $50 fee for cancellation <4 hours and >2 hours .
We are strictly applying full charge of the treatment charge for those who booked and did not attend and did not even given any notice, and cancelled < 2 hours of appointment time.
Reminder about this policy will be given in each of appointment reminder SMS.

Please keep in mind, that unless you have an accepted claim, treatment costs will need to be covered by you. Once your claim is approved, you can then contact your claims officer to organise reimbursement. An accepted claim needs to be in writing (a medical certificate, whether it's a WorkSafe one or not, does not mean your claim has been approved). What to bring / What to wear
Please bring with you any documentation that is relevant to your treatment with us. This includes letters, x-rays, MRIs, reports, referrals, etc., from your doctor, specialist, or other health practitioner.
Please avoid tight clothing such as jeans, but wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing. This allows us to appropriately assess your injury.

Where to park the car
We have a moderate carpark at the back of our clinic which we share the parking with Active Medical centre, Core dental and Echo Heart.
If you come from Ballarat road: turn to Caroline Springs Boulevard, turn right at College st, then turn right again to the medical centre carpark.
If you come from Taylor Road and turn to Caroline Springs Boulevard (toward Caroline Springs Town centre): turn left at College St, then turn right to the medical centre carpark.
Once you parked the car, there is a pass-way to go through to Caroline Spring Boulevard and our clinic located on the left.
